They are so pleasant and professional to work with. We hired them to clean the carpets at my place of employment, which by they the carpet was stained very badly and hadn't been cleaned in several years. Alan work all day on the floors getting the horrible stains out. Everyone in the building is amazed on how clean and good the carpet looks. "Creme de la creme" are the words that describe my thoughts about the Distinctive Cleaning and Restoration Company owned by Alan and Audrey Falls. Once again, yesterday, I had carpet and tile cleaned along with tile sealing throughout most of the entire house. Alan who performed the service always arrives with a smile, is pristine in appearance, knowledgeable, and is willing to answer any questions I might have. When he is finished he explains what has been done, and will show photos of before and after, if I'm interested.When I leave the house and know Alan is cleaning, I have total confidence in the work being done as close to perfection as possible. I especially like receiving their newsletters by email that give you tips on how to care for your carpet, tile, upholstery etc. Alan and Audrey are an enthusiastic couple, and I feel their greatest desire is to continue learning about the greatest and the latest concerning home care of carpet, tile, upholstery cleaning. by attending annual conventions regarding the same. I decided to have my carpet cleaned last minute before our graduation party. Distinctive Cleaning was recommended to us by our friends and I’m so glad we called them. They had a cancellation and were able to fit us in. Our carpet looked 100% better than before. Hi Audrey, We were extremely happy with Alan's work. Our carpets look like brand new again!! The carpet and furniture dried very quickly. Alan did an awesome job and we were able to move most of our furniture back into the rooms yet that day. Our "dirty spot" is clean again and we will definitely tell our friends about your services. I told Alan my husband's recliner looked new again (it was really dirty). Before Alan left I told him that I will have him back again when our tile/grout needs cleaned. You two really know how to run a customer friendly business. We were very happy with the results of the cleaning & spot removal they did on our basement carpet. They removed old pet stains & grime that had been present for years. We had considered just replacing the carpet but are so glad we chose to have it cleaned due to our son-in-law's recomendation based on the excellent results when they clean his restaurant's carpet. They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They gave us great advice on how to remove any new spots that might occur. I highly recommend them for great carpet cleaning!

Distinctive Cleaning did an excellent job at cleaning our carpet before we moved into our new house. Before the cleaning there were noticeable dark areas in the cream colored carpet, and now you cannot even tell that they were there. Audrey did an amazing job at communicating with me every step of the way which is very important to me. Alan arrived on-time and I am very happy with the results. Overall this was an excellent, stress-free experience which I feel like can be rare these days. Unbelievably impressed with Distinctive Cleaning! Our basement flooded a few weeks ago when we had the torrential rains. We got in contact with Alan from Distinctive. He came over promptly, was very professional and gave us a detailed run down of what needed done. He put the necessary equipment in our basement and came over every day to check on the status of the flooring and walls. We now have new padding installed, which he organized, and freshly cleaned carpet. Couldn’t be happier. We will continue to use Distinctive for future carpet cleanings. Our basement had water damage from the Tuesday/Wednesday torrential rains. I called Distinctive Cleaning and Restoration and the were at my home the next morning. That was amazing since so many basements were flooded. Alan also recommended a flooring g company and then he contacted them - including taking a padding sample to them. AAA Best Flooring was also awesome. Distinctive Cleaning and Restoration deserve the 5-star rating!

We used Distinctive Cleaning & Restoration to clean our carpets and a couple of natural fabric couches that had not been touched for many years. The results were dramatic and we are glad we tried this route vs buying new couches. Our carpet takes a beating with our dogs and cats. Once again, the results were excellent. Very impressed with our carpets. Above and beyond great service. Audrey got back with me to schedule an appt and gave me step by step process of how their visit would go. Alan did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and made sure the job was well done. He even got the orange spots from a spilled drink out of off white carpet. The 13+ carpet looked brand new after he was finished. I am amazed at how clean my 24-year-old carpet is after Distinctive Cleaning's service! With kids and pets, I was just resigned to some stains sticking around forever. But Alan is persistent and a perfectionist and my carpet looks brand new! He removed paint & other art supplies, plant dirt, coffee stains, tea stains, blood, pet stains, mystery stains, and the general dirt that comes from a family living in a home. I have a fancy carpet cleaner and I've had other professional companies clean my carpet, but by far this is the most professional and complete service I have ever received. I have already scheduled my next carpet cleaning appointment with Distinctive Cleaning, and I will be a loyal customer going forward. Their courtesy, professionalism, and dedication to getting the job done right the first time is simply unparalleled.Last year, Distinctive Cleaning provided water damage-related cleanup and repair for our basement when our sump pump died. I was very pleased with their ability to restore our carpet after it had been so wet and yucky! I have a home with approximately 650 ft.² of white carpet. There were a number of stains on the carpet that it accumulated over several years. Alan worked approximately 2 1/2 hours on the carpet and it turned out absolutely amazing it looked brand new. I would recommend Distinctive Cleaning &Restoration to anyone who truly wants to have their carpets restored to a new appearance.

I highly recommend this company to clean anything you need done right now! I had an area rug that was a challenge for anyone to clean but Distinctive Cleaning got it back to looking almost brand new. My rug was 100% Cotton and was IVORY and had pet stains and dirt on it I’ve the years. Now it’s so much brighter and looks SO MUCH BETTER!!! I appreciate their help so much because otherwise my rug would’ve been a lost cause and in the trash.

Came home on Sunday afternoon (from an overnight trip) to water spewing into basement from a pipe that had come apart. Called several national franchises only able to leave a message. After an hour or so, having no call backs from those national franchises we were referred to Distinctive Cleaning and Restoration. Alan answered our emergency call right away. We told told him that we thought he could come in the morning as water damage seemed minimal and pipe had been put back together.Alan asked for pictures which we sent. He immediately responded that he thought he should come out then (after 4. pm on a Sunday) to assess the situation.His extremely thorough assessment identified water damage more extensive than we thought - , in 1/2 of living area, inside of bedroom (with some dampness along inside closet wall), entire bathroom and utility room. Approximately 1/3 to 1/2 of concrete floor in storage area had water.They did immediate extraction, moved furniture, storage containers, cleaned carpet and flooring, they also removed some staining on carpets from where the water touched the finish on the furniture. Linoleum was cleaned, even moved the washer and dryer to clean underneath. They also removed all of the water soaked cardboard boxes.Moved numerous items in storage area to dry location and extracted the water and cleaned the concrete.Fans and heaters were placed throughout the 3 areas (living area, utility area and storage area)Alan came back on Monday to check drying process and make adjustments to temperature and humidity. On Wednesday evening all was dry, the drying equipment was removed, carpet cleaned and all furniture, area rugs and "stuff" was put back in place.The whole basement looked amazing, you would never know that there had been any kind of "water emergency"They were extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional and so very personable. They answered all of our questions, even about drying the 200 year old family bible that had gotten wet. Thank goodness Alan answered our emergency call right away and made an immediate in home visit.I am sure that I left out steps that he and his wife did to return our basement to better than normal. We know we had the very best. Thank you!

We could not be happier with Distinctive Carpet Cleaning service. Alan is professional and meticulous and very pleasant to have in your home. The carpet cleaning looks wonderful. Our carpet is just a year old and was cleaned for the warranty but we were very impressed with the time and detail he took. We are absolutely thrilled with the couches and recliner. They are fifteen years old with the Eudora suede microfiber material and look and feel new. Alan got into every nook and gave it a thorough cleaning.
