Our owner, Alan Falls, is a Fort Wayne native and grew up working in his family’s cleaning and restoration business. He has been cleaning floors & restoring in homes and workplaces around Fort Wayne full-time since 2000. Alan’s wife, Audrey, is originally from Indianapolis, but she has made Fort Wayne her home since 2014 and has been helping Fort Wayne clients since 2015.

We took it as a compliment! We think this is the only way to clean! If we clean your carpet, we are known to clean the edges of rooms on our hands and knees. If we clean your rugs, we will straighten and brush your fringes out. If we clean your furniture, we will groom it so the nap of the fiber is going the same direction. If we clean your tile and grout in your kitchen, we might just ask to move your stove and refrigerator to clean under them. If you have tough spots to remove, we get excited because we love a good challenge. If we restore your water damage, we will be careful with your belongings and when it’s all over, it will be like the water was never there. This is just the way we’ve always done our work. Alan Falls, our owner, is a Master Certified IICRC Textile Cleaner & Water Damage Restoration Technician. Only 3.7% of people in this entire industry have ever attained Master Certification status. Alan has achieved this through multiple classes and extensive hands-on training, coupled with full-time experience since 2000. Audrey too is a certified Carpet Cleaning Technician.
There’s heavy turnover in this industry and, in Indiana, no license or training is required to be a carpet cleaner. Unfortunately, you pay the price because many—maybe even most—technicians are either poorly trained, undertrained or they simply don’t have enough experience to clean and restore properly and thoroughly. Even the best equipment cannot be a substitute for a lousy technician. In contrast, we have over 25 combined years of varied experience and extensive training, which means you will never have to worry about clueless technicians who haven’t progressed beyond basic skills. Sometimes we geek out on explaining all of the exceptional services we provide. So while we love finding solutions to your cleaning and restoration needs, we will never pressure you to purchase them.

We will inspect the areas to be cleaned and let you know what you can expect and, in some circumstances, what we can’t guarantee. If your expectations are not met, or a spot returns within 30 days, we will return – no questions asked – and re-clean the area for free. If you are still not pleased, we will refund your money.
